Retrieving lost password
For security reasons our website stores your password in an encrypted state. This means that we cannot access it either, and therefore cannot help you retrieve its current value. What we can do however, is reset your password to a computer generated, temporary value and send it to you via email.
Before you use this service, please check if you can find the email we sent you when you first registered at our website. It contains your login and password.
